I met Ilhan at the beginning of our collaboration on social media. Throughout our partnership, Ilhan has proven to be diligent and responsible, and the mere fact that I met him in the world of social media, and not computer science, speaks to his curiosity and versatile spirit.

Ilhan is the kind of person who could make me laugh with jokes no one else could pull off, someone who somehow made every work task feel lighter than it actually was, and whose movie taste—though often made no sense at first (Hungarian documentary, really?)—surprisingly made sense in the end.

Above all, he's a rare mix of humor, heart, and quiet brilliance that any team would be lucky to have.

He brings people together without even trying, always knowing when to drop a line that lightens the mood (or not, but that's the brilliance) or shifts the energy in just the right way. His will to constatly, no matter how many times, reapeat, explain or go through the problem at work, no matter what it's related to is what makes me to proudly say that Ilhan is both a friend and a colleague .

Ilhan is the kind of colleague who turns every challenge into an opportunity to improve. We worked together at Codeus and during that time he proved to be a reliable, motivated, and genuinely passionate engineer. What I appreciated most was his desire to really understand how things work, not just on the surface, but in depth.
